Venice, Italy
Talk about a dream! Our 2018 Europe trip had so many highs to it. One of which was meeting up Ashley and James in Venice, Italy to capture their last vacation as a family of two, while eating all the gelato and pizza along the way. We had no real plan but to wander through the maze that is Venice, with high hopes of finding a gondola passing by, creating memories in tiny Italian streets, and dancing in piazzas.
Ashley and James messaged me shortly before our session to let me know they were expecting (AHHHH) and now they’re at home in Canada with their adorable baby girl. Crazy to think how much in life changes 365 days later.
Crazy also to remember our first time meeting. It was 2017 and they were coming into Palm Springs for their anniversary, with hopes of hiring a photographer to capture some of their time together. Queue us meeting up at Moorten Botanical Gardens. It was evident there that we would be long-distance friends and it was inevitable for us to meet up again!
Hoping the next time we see each other is in Canada… and that I get the beautiful opportunity of photographing their sweet family of three. Much love and light to you both!
