SIRENA + QUINCY | MARRIED
Do you remember S + Q from their golden bathed sand dunes engagement session? (If you haven’t seen it yet… click here now)!
Sirena + Quincy got married in Nigeria one month prior to their big day in the U.S. as an ode to Quincy’s heritage. Sirena described it as a day full of so much emotion that you just had to be there to experience how different a Nigerian wedding is from a traditional U.S. wedding. It was free flowing, full of genuine love and laughter the entire day. Their wedding day in the U.S. ended up being one of those lucky, rainy wedding days – and when I say rain, I mean it POURED 100% of the day. 100% my friends. Minus the 15 minutes we were blessed with to run outside and grab romantic photos of S + Q. Needless to say, plans had to be rearranged + the team over at Temecula Creek Inn moved all the gorgeous decor from outside to an indoor combination ceremony/reception hall.
But you know what? No amount of crazy weather, schedule changes or environment alterations was going to get S + Q down on their wedding day. Sirena exuded a graceful elegance while Quincy was full of emotion and they loved every single minute of their beautiful, rainy wedding day surrounded by all of the loving people in their lives. During their vows, Quincy shared about the first time he saw Sirena walking on campus at UC Davis, and he instantly knew he was in love. In that moment, he knew he wanted to become the man that Sirena could fall in love with, too. Oh man, this wedding had all the feels. Congrats to a beautiful marriage, Sirena + Quincy!
