IN-HOME LOS ANGELES ENGAGEMENT
If this isn’t the perfect way to spend a Sunday, I don’t know what is. Danielle and Mikey wanted their engagement to reflect every day moments, with their sweet pup Louie (aka my newest BFF — don’t tell my dogs) chilling on the couch, and champagne flowing from home to the park. So, we started off in their shared apartment for an in-home Los Angeles engagement, ending at the park where they finished off a bottle while making out. OW OW.
What’s so freaking special about these two is they met in Kindergarten, had crushes on each other throughout grade school, and Mikey even had the nerve to write in Danielle’s 8th grade yearbook that they would marry one day. *cue heart explosions* Girlfriend shared this with me:
“The first time we really had a ‘connection’ was Sophomore year of high school. For the rest of high school and first half of college, we dated on-and-off, but very casual and very ‘high-school.’ Our timing was never quite right, but we remained really good friends throughout all of the years. That is until about 5 years ago when we officially got together, moved in together 4 years ago, got our pup 2 years ago and the rest is history!”
Mikey also happened to plan an epic proposal while in Amsterdam on a private sunset boat tour (the dream), followed by a 7-course meal and Photobooth sesh in their hotel lobby (see photos of photos below). Ya’ll know this is going to be one heck of a party when they marry next year. Can’t wait to celebrate you guys again so so soon!
