Palm Springs Engagement
Cassandra and Ryan are style icons; they chose the PERFECT outfits for each part of their engagement session. A red polka dot dress on her and some casual army green slacks for him for the first round added fun color and playful vibes to the streets of Palm Springs. Then part 2 in the desert with a mountain sunset backdrop was elevated with her romantic dusty blue dress and his black and white combo.
Cassandra, Ryan and I had never met before this shoot, but it was so easy to photograph them. They were open and trusting for my urge to roam the streets of Palm Springs for the first half of their engagement session. Being a little bold and adventurous keeps us on our toes, inspires moments that otherwise wouldn’t have happened and lead to some of the BEST photos.
I’m always on the hunt for a good millennial pink wall, that rare saguaro cactus and endless palm trees. I think we checked all the boxes here. LOVED our time together + wishing you two nothing but the best with your wedding planning!
Palm Springs feels like a 2nd home to me; each time I’m there I discover a new nook of the idyllic desert. I traveled with Gina and Mike to the Desert X exhibition and had my last wedding at the historic O’Donnell House with Karli and Nick.
