Where do I begin with Laura and David? Laura has been one of my dearest friends since middle school (that’s over half my life, ya’ll), and ever since, we’ve been causing chaos, adventuring through life and the wilderness together, and forging our own career paths alongside each other. Well, that is, until we both simultaneously found our forever partners in love, which just grew our two-pack to a four-pack of adventurous spirits. There’ll be a travel diary soon where I gush over our friendship with Laura and David, but for now, I want to share how much I love their love. They are a POWER COUPLE, let me tell you. Never have I seen two people be so compatible.
Together, they have risen up in their industries and in life by encouraging each other to dream higher, supporting each others long list of ambitions (I assure you, their bucket list kicks all of ours out of the water), saying “yes” to each and every crazy idea that passes their minds. It’s truly incredible to watch them walk through life together. They inspire Jaime and I to push ourselves just a little more, to dream bigger than ever, to believe our ideas can become reality. With an infectious energy and a no-bullshit mindset, there is nothing Laura and David can’t do together. Beyond that, they are the masters of quality time, always on a new adventure every free weekend they get; from camping in Canada, to celebrating a wedding in Jamaica, to eating 20 million course meals in Norway, they live and love fully together.
Which brings us to a weekend getaway, where we spent a day in Seattle drinking, catching up, and then road-tripped to Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Portland with Laura and David. Along the way, these sweet friends got all dressed up with their adorable red-headed poodle and we spent a day hiking through the gorgeous beach and forests of Oregon. It was seriously a beautiful dream. Love you guys<3
